JustTap is a flat monthly fee in Australian dollars, priced to your venue. A single-site barber and a five-venue café group are not the same job, so we don’t pretend one price fits both. We agree the fee with you after you’ve seen your own card. No setup fee, no lock-in contract, and everything below is included.

What the fee covers
What's included in the JustTap monthly fee
You're not buying software. You're buying it already working.
- We design your card and your rewards. You approve them.
- We set up Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. Nothing for you to configure.
- We build and switch on your birthday, win-back, expiring-reward and quiet-day campaigns.
- We print and ship your counter card and window poster, branded as yours.
- We train your staff. It takes about fifteen minutes.
- We watch the numbers and tune the campaigns as they run.
- We support you by email and chat, on Australian hours.
Nothing on that list is an add-on, and there is no metered pricing underneath it. One fee, agreed up front, covering the lot.

If fewer than 100 of your customers have joined within 90 days, we refund every dollar you have paid and you keep the printed cards and the poster. Claiming it takes one email.

How long does it take to set up a JustTap loyalty program?
We build it for you, and your venue is live within a week of the first call. Training your staff takes about fifteen minutes, because adding a stamp happens on a phone or tablet you already own and there is no new hardware at the counter.
Can I cancel JustTap, and do I keep my customer list?
Yes, you can cancel any month, and the customer list is yours. We export it for you on the way out. There is no exit fee, no minimum term and no retention call. You are staying because the campaigns work, or you are not staying.
