JustTap is a flat monthly fee in Australian dollars, priced to your venue. A single-site barber and a five-venue café group are not the same job, so we don’t pretend one price fits both. We agree the fee with you after the live demo and put the exact commercial terms in writing before you proceed. There is no setup fee, and everything below is included in the scoped service.

- We watch the numbers and tune the campaigns as they run.

JustTap is a done-for-you service on a flat monthly fee in Australian dollars, scoped to your venue after the live demo. Setup, printed collateral, agreed campaigns and support are included, with no setup fee. Your exact fee and commercial terms are confirmed in writing before you proceed.
Why does JustTap cost more than a $29 loyalty app?
A $29 loyalty app gives you a login and leaves the work to you. JustTap is a managed service: an Australian team builds your card, writes and switches on your campaigns, and ships your printed collateral. You approve the setup rather than configuring it, and the campaigns keep running whether or not you log in.
How long does it take to set up a JustTap loyalty program?
The launch plan is agreed after the live demo and confirmed in writing for your venue. Setup includes the wallet pass, reward rules, printed joining points, agreed customer-return campaigns and staff training. Staff use a phone or tablet the venue already owns, so there is no new counter hardware to install.
What are the JustTap contract and cancellation terms?
Your service term, cancellation process and any data-export arrangements are set out in the written agreement provided before you proceed. We do not ask you to rely on an unwritten promise made during a sales conversation. Any handling or export of customer data remains subject to consent, privacy law and the agreed service terms.
