JustTap is an Australian digital customer-relationship service for repeat-visit businesses. We set up the agreed wallet pass and customer-return journeys, ship the printed joining points, train the team on the agreed process, and provide support on Australian hours. We are based in Melbourne.
What we do
We build the wallet pass, agreed customer-return journeys and practical staff process. You approve the setup rather than configuring software alone.
What we don't do
We don't answer your customers' calls, manage your socials, or touch your point of sale. One job, done properly.
How we're paid
A flat monthly fee in Australian dollars, scoped after the live demo, with no setup charge. The exact fee and commercial terms are confirmed in writing.
On the technology
The wallet cards themselves run on enterprise wallet technology, the same class of system behind the boarding passes and tickets already in your customers’ phones. We don’t ask you to care about that, any more than your accountant asks you to care which database their software uses.
What matters is whether the business creates a useful, permissioned relationship after the first visit. We provide the system and implementation; customer response and results are never guaranteed.
