Your regulars don’t quit.
They drift.
JustTap is a done-for-you retention service that turns one-time visitors into regulars for Australian cafés, bakeries, salons and barbers. We build and run your birthday, win-back, expiring-reward and quiet-day campaigns, delivered through a loyalty card that sits in your customer's Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. No app to download. Ever.
One regular stops coming in. You don’t notice. By the time you do, they’ve got a new local.
Free. No credit card. Takes about a minute.

The maths nobody does
What a drifting regular costs an Australian café
It never shows up as a bad day. No complaint, no bad review, nobody storms out. They just stop coming, and the loss arrives so slowly you blame the weather.
| What happens | Annual cost |
|---|---|
| A regular who visits 2× a week and spends $12 a visit | $1,248 |
| Most venues quietly lose about one regular a week | 52 regulars |
| Total revenue lost by the end of the year | $64,896 |
You didn’t lose them to the café down the road. You lost them to forgetting.

How JustTap works: three steps, none of them yours
Your staff learn it in one shift. Your till never changes.
They join
A tap on your counter card, or a scan of your poster. Name, a couple of details, and your card is sitting in their Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Twenty seconds, no app.
They earn
Your staff add a stamp from a phone or tablet you already own. No new hardware. Nothing wired into your point of sale. Nothing to learn.
They come back
Here's the part that earns its keep. Campaigns run in the background and pull people back before you'd have noticed they'd gone.
This is the actual product
The four campaigns that bring customers back
A stamp card counts coffees. This one goes and gets people.
Every one of these is built and switched on during setup. If you never log in again, they keep running. And when your venue is ready, referral rewards and review capture switch on too.
Birthday
An offer lands the week of their birthday. You set it once and never think about it again.
Win-back
When a regular goes quiet, they get a reason to walk back through your door.
Expiring reward
Two stamps off a free coffee and going cold? They hear about it before it lapses.
Quiet days
Tuesdays dead? Your slowest day gets a push, aimed at the people most likely to turn up for it.
Your numbers, not ours
What's one extra visit a month actually worth?
Drag it to your venue. We're not going to quote you someone else's statistics.
One extra visit a month is worth
$17,280
in extra revenue every year
That’s the revenue at stake before JustTap costs a dollar. We’ll price it with you once you’ve seen your card.
How this is calculated. Regular customers, multiplied by the percentage who join your program, multiplied by twelve months, multiplied by your average spend per visit. On the default settings: 300 regulars × 40% joined × 12 extra visits a year × $12 = $17,280.
What you get
What's included when JustTap sets up your program
You're not buying software. You're buying it already working.
Every competitor at $29 a month hands you a login and wishes you luck. Most of those accounts are dead inside a month, because nobody had time to set them up.

Risk reversal
The 100 Customer Promise: our 90-day money-back guarantee
Give us 90 days. If fewer than 100 of your customers have joined your program by then, we refund every dollar you’ve paid and you keep the cards and the poster.
Getting people onto the card is our job, not yours. So we’ll carry the risk for it.
Why cafés trust it
Nothing here depends on you being technical
No lock-in
Cancel monthly. You keep your customer list, and we export it for you.
A person sets it up
You get a working card and live campaigns, not a login and a help centre.
Australian owned
Melbourne based. Email and chat support on Australian hours.
Your POS stays put
No integration, no approval from your provider, no new box on the counter.
Pricing
JustTap pricing: flat monthly, built around your venue
One flat monthly fee. Everything included. No surprises.
A single-site barber and a five-venue café group are not the same job, so we don't pretend one price fits both. We price it with you after you've seen your card. No setup fee, no lock-in contract, cancel any month and keep your customer list.
Everything included
Setup, campaigns, printed collateral and support are in the fee. There is nothing to add on later.
No lock-in
Month to month. If it stops earning its keep, you cancel and we export your customer list.
The 100 Customer Promise
If fewer than 100 customers join in 90 days, every dollar back, and you keep the cards and poster.
Straight talk
Is JustTap a good fit for your venue?
This isn't for everyone.
You’ll do well here if
- People could reasonably come back weekly, and some already do
- You'd rather someone set it up properly than fiddle with it yourself
- You can put a card on the counter and a poster in the window
- You want the marketing to run whether or not you remember it exists
Give this a miss if
- Your customers visit once or twice a year, not once or twice a week
- You want the cheapest thing on the market. That isn't us, and we won't pretend
- You want to build the campaigns yourself. Plenty of $29 tools will let you
- You're hoping loyalty fixes a problem that's really about the coffee
Questions
Frequently asked questions about JustTap
The things owners actually ask.
Do customers need to download an app to use a JustTap loyalty card?
No. A JustTap loyalty card installs directly into the Apple Wallet or Google Wallet already on your customer's phone, so there is no app to download and no account or password to create. Your customer fills in a short signup form once, and the card appears in their wallet in about twenty seconds.
Do customers join a JustTap program by tapping or by scanning?
Both work, and either one installs the same wallet card. The JustTap counter card uses NFC, so most phones join with a tap. The window poster carries a scannable code for phones that will not tap and for customers who would rather scan. Nobody gets turned away at the counter.
Do I have to run the marketing myself with JustTap?
No. Your birthday, win-back, expiring-reward and quiet-day campaigns are built and switched on during setup. They keep running whether or not you ever log in. You can change them whenever you like, but nothing depends on you remembering to.
Does JustTap work with Square, Lightspeed, Tyro or Zeller?
Yes, JustTap works alongside every point-of-sale system used in Australia, including Square, Lightspeed, Tyro, Zeller and Impos, because it does not integrate with the POS at all. Staff add stamps from a phone or tablet the venue already owns. There is nothing for your POS provider to approve.
How much does a digital loyalty program cost in Australia?
Self-serve loyalty software in Australia typically costs $25 to $99 a month and leaves the setup and marketing to you. JustTap is a done-for-you service on a flat monthly fee in Australian dollars, priced to your venue after your free demo card. Setup, printed collateral, campaigns and support are all included, with no setup fee and no lock-in.
Why does JustTap cost more than a $29 loyalty app?
A $29 loyalty app gives you a login and leaves the work to you. JustTap is a managed service: an Australian team builds your card, writes and switches on your campaigns, and ships your printed collateral. You approve the setup rather than configuring it, and the campaigns keep running whether or not you log in.
How long does it take to set up a JustTap loyalty program?
We build it for you, and your venue is live within a week of the first call. Training your staff takes about fifteen minutes, because adding a stamp happens on a phone or tablet you already own and there is no new hardware at the counter.
Can I cancel JustTap, and do I keep my customer list?
Yes, you can cancel any month, and the customer list is yours. We export it for you on the way out. There is no exit fee, no minimum term and no retention call. You are staying because the campaigns work, or you are not staying.
See your own card before you talk to anyone.
Paste your Google listing. We’ll build a working loyalty card for your venue and send it straight to your phone. Free, and yours to keep whether you buy or not.
No credit card. No sales call unless you ask for one.
