Guarantee

The 100 Customer Promise

Give us 90 days. If fewer than 100 of your customers have joined your program by then, we refund every dollar you have paid and you keep the cards and the poster. Getting people onto the card is our job, not yours, so we carry the risk for it.

01What we promise

If fewer than 100 unique customers have installed your loyalty card within 90 days of your program going live, we refund every subscription payment you have made to JustTap for that venue.

02Why it is measured on signups, not on your sales

Getting customers onto the card is our job. Your revenue depends on your coffee, your staff, your rent and a dozen things we do not control, so guaranteeing it would be a promise we could not keep. We guarantee the part we are actually responsible for.

03When the 90 days start

On the day your program goes live, meaning your card is active and your counter card and poster are in the venue. Not the day you sign.

04What counts as a customer

One unique person who installs your card into Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Duplicate installs by the same person count once. Staff members do not count.

05What you keep

The printed counter cards and the window poster are yours regardless. We do not ask for them back, and there is no restocking charge.

06What we ask of you

That the counter card and poster stay visible in the venue for the 90 days, and that your staff mention the program the way we train them to. If the card is in a drawer, the promise cannot work and does not apply.

07How to claim

Email [email protected] any time after day 90 and before day 120. We check the number, and if it is under 100 we refund within ten business days to the original payment method.

08One venue, once

The promise applies to a venue's first 90 days on JustTap. It is not available again on the same venue after a cancellation and re-signup.

09Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

This promise sits on top of your rights under Australian Consumer Law. It does not replace them, limit them, or ask you to give any of them up.

Before launch: these terms are a plain-English draft written to be fair and specific. They have not been reviewed by an Australian lawyer, and they should be before this page goes live.
